- How to use -

 

Walnut oil is a seasoning for cold and warm dishes. It is the perfect accompaniment for salads, poke bowls, vegetables, carpaccios, cold meats, grills, cooked and raw fish, vegetable gratins, soups and purees. You can also mix walnut oil with other oils to supplement and add flavor. It is not suitable for cooking.

- How to keep it -

 

Walnut oil should be kept away from light and heat. Once it has been opened a bottle should be kept in the refrigerator. For the best taste experience take the bottle out of the fridge an hour before using it, and only keep a bottle for four months after it has been opened.
